Each individual Unit can be priced separately using particular Daily, Weekend, Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly rates.

It is even possible to calculate price per person or use per-person multiplier!

There are also 10 bands making pricing process absolutely universal. For example first band can be defined as 1-3 night, second 4-7, third 8-15 and so on.

Pricing can be also set by accommodation type: Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive.

It can be a one of the above or combination of all of the above plus contain restrictions to start only on particular weekday, deny arrivals or prohibit departure during certain days of the week, enable only weekly reservations and even define minimum of nights for certain periods. For example, default reservation can be 1 night minimum, however special occasions or holidays like New Year can be assigned minimum stay restriction of 7 night. This way requests for less then 7 nights will not be accepted resulting display of a system message that the minimum booking is 7 nights.

Discount

There is an option to apply a discount for bookings spanning certain amount of night. For example you can discount a period of 10 nights for 10%, if customer books for 11 days or more - system will automatically subtract 10% from the total. It's a system wide setting, further discounts can be applied to each unit individually via price bands.

Invaluable discounting system is Coupons capable to discount any particular unit certain number of times during particular dates for fixed amount or percentage of total. For example 10% discount can be given to first 10 bookings made on August 31st during jubilee celebration or between March 31st and April 15th during promotion campaign.

Payments

System can be configured to any currency and initially contains all currencies supported by Paypal. Any additional currency can be added to allow customers to preview the amount in a currency they are familiar with. The conversion rate is taken from known online sources like Google Finance and has purely referential nature - at the end transaction is done in a base currency by payment gateway and if Paypal is not required transaction can be processed in any local money.
